How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is usually 1-3 business days.
During periods of high order volume, especially around Christmas, processing time can extend up to 5 business days. In such cases, we will inform you on the homepage and provide an additional notification after your order.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery time is:
- Austria: 3-5 business days
- Germany: 5-8 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped.
Are all candles handmade?
Yes. All candles are handmade.
Our container candles are made in hand-poured and hand-painted vessels. Each piece is unique.
What makes the container candles special?
Our vessels are hand-poured and hand-painted, making each piece unique.
After the candle has burned down, the vessel can be reused. For the longest possible durability, we recommend not exposing it permanently to water or high humidity.
The candles are made from coconut wax and feature a wooden wick.
Why are some sculpture candles not available year-round?
Our sculpture candles are made from olive wax. As this material is more sensitive to high temperatures, sculpture candles are produced and shipped exclusively from September to May to ensure the best possible quality.
Are the candles scented?
Currently, all candles are produced without scent.
Are refills available for the container candles?
Matching refills are available for selected products. Availability is indicated directly on the product page.
What does "In Production" mean?
As all products are handmade and produced in small batches, individual items may be temporarily unavailable.
Products marked "In Production" are currently being restocked. These are usually available again within seven business days.
Seasonal products such as Easter, autumn, or Christmas items are excluded from this. These are produced in limited quantities and may not be available again.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are securely processed via Shopify Payments.
Are there any sales or collaborations with influencers?
We produce our products on demand and consciously in small quantities to avoid overproduction.
Therefore, we currently do not offer influencer collaborations, advertising partnerships, or special influencer discounts.
Occasional discount promotions or special offers may be announced directly in the shop.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package as soon as possible after receipt. In case of obvious transport damage, we kindly ask you to report it to the responsible shipping service provider as soon as possible.
Then, also inform us via email and send photos of the damaged goods and packaging. This way, we can best support you with further processing and find a solution together.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this, of course.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal. All information on this can be found in our cancellation policy.
